The short version: We collect what you give us when you sign up, use it to run Gameday Viibes and keep you updated, and never sell it. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

1. Who we are

VIIBES INC (“VIIBES,” “we,” “us”) operates Gameday Viibes at viibesinc.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions? Email [email protected].

2. What we collect

Information you give us when you sign up:

Name and email address
Date of birth, to confirm you’re 21 or older and to personalize your experience
Mailing address (street, city, state and ZIP)
A password. It is stored only in encrypted (hashed) form by our login provider, and we can’t see it.
The sports you follow, how you heard about us, and whether you want launch emails
Your personal invite code, and the code of the person who invited you, if any

Information collected automatically: like most websites, our hosting and security providers receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. We don’t use advertising trackers.

3. How we use it

To create and manage your account and confirm your eligibility
To give you access at launch and tailor the Service to the sports, teams and players you follow
To send you account emails (like confirming your email address) and, if you opted in, launch news and updates
To credit referrals and run any referral perks
To understand how people find us and improve the Service
To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations

4. Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with:

Service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements to protect it: Supabase (account database and login), Cloudflare (website hosting and security) and Resend (email delivery).
Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the Service.
A business transfer, if VIIBES is ever merged or acquired, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

5. Emails

You can stop marketing emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us. We’ll still send essential account messages, like password resets.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. If you ask us to delete your account, we’ll delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

show you the personal information we hold about you;
correct information that’s wrong;
delete your account and personal information;
stop sending you marketing emails.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, such as California, Colorado, Virginia or other states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and we’ll honor them. We won’t treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords and access controls that limit each account to its own data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Age requirement

The Service is only for people 21 and older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If we learn that we have, we’ll delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email before they take effect.
